I bought some fresh peaches on sale and love oatmeal for breakfast for made this delicious breakfast. It's so hearty that I could only eat half. So, it makes two servings. I love the crunchy walnuts and the juicy peaches and raisins. I bought some fresh peaches on sale and love oatmeal for breakfast for made this delicious breakfast. Ingredients

    1 fresh med. peach sliced and chopped into bite sized pieces( I leave skins on)
    1 oz chopped walnuts
    1 oz raisins
    1/2 c quick cooking rolled oats
    1 c skim non fat milk

Directions

Chop peaches, then mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Heat 2.5 - 5 min stirring every 2 minutes and checking for your desired consistancy and doneness.
