This is a delicious snack if you're into lemon just as much as I am! This is a delicious snack if you're into lemon just as much as I am!

Ingredients

    1 large Cucumber peeled and sliced
    1 Lemon
    2 dashes of Salt

Directions

Take one large cucumber and peel it. When you begin slicing it, your slices should be about a quarter inch wide. Layer the slices around a plate. Take your lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze them over the cucumber slices. Take your salt and add about two dashes to your cucumbers. It may take a couple of more dashes to get it just right, it really just depends on you. And walla! Its easy, refreshing, and yummy!
