    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 white onion, diced
    4 cloves garlic, diced
    1 pound ground chicken
    1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    1 tbsp McCormick's Montreal seasoning
    1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil


Preheat oven to 400F degrees
In large bowl, combine chopped spinach, onion and garlic.
Add seasoning and EVOO and combine well.
Add ground chicken and combine well.
Add feta cheese and combine well.
Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet coated with your favorite no-stick spray.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until juices run clear. Makes 18 meatballs.
