A great way to use those holiday leftovers! A great way to use those holiday leftovers!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    6 clove Garlic
    5 medium Mushrooms, fresh
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4 cup, sliced Zucchini
    2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    16 cup chicken bone broth kitchen basics
    2 cup yellow squash
    2 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat)

Directions

Combine everything in a large stockpot and let it simmer.
That's it!
