Ingredients

1.25 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese
0.75 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Pre heat oven to 325o. Melt mozzarella and cream cheeses together in microwave. Stir after 45 seconds. Continue to heat for 45 sec more if needed. Stir until smooth. Add flour and beaten egg into mix and stir until well mixed. Need with your hands until dough like. Roll out between 2 large pieces of parchment paper. Remove the top piece and place the bottom sheet with the pizza dough onto a baking stone and bake at 325o for 8-10 min. Remove and add toppings of choice and put into oven for 5-7 mins.
