Ingredients

    3.0 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
    0.25 cup Rooster Brand Coconut Milk
    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.6 cup Coconut Oil

Directions

Blend coconut oil, milk and egg yolks together in a bowl. Whip egg whites til fluffy, set aside. Blend into oil mixture, flour, B soda, B powder and salt. When well blended, fold egg whites in flour mix. Put into well greased or parchment lined baking pan and bake at 300o for 60 minutes. Cool, Remove from pan and slice.
