Ingredients

    Cake mixture

    2 cups of flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 (14oz) can fruit cocktail
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 eggs

    Crumble mixture
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tbsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped walnut

Directions

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with no stick cooking spray. Heat oven at 350F.

Mix dry ingredients.

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla incorporate fruit cocktail then add to dry mix.

Spread mixture in baking dish , sprinkle with crumble mixture bake at 350 for 30 to 45 min.

makes 24 2 inch pieces
