Ingredients

    9 oz Schwans Fire Grilled Chicken Breast Fajita Meat
    3 cup Frozen Normandy Blend Frozen Vegetables
    3 sweet potato, 5" long, coarsely diced
    1.5 cup Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions
    1 medium Onions coarsely diced
    1 cup low sodium chicken broth
    2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 TBS Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle
    2 Roma tomatoes, pureed (about 1 cup)

Tips

Adjust the seasoning to your taste. We don't like a lot of spice in our food. Times can be adjusted to enable this to be cooked on the stovetop.


Directions

Peel and coarsely dice the sweet potato and onion. Add to the slow cooker. Add the vegetables, chicken broth and pureed tomato. In a separate bowl, blend the vinegar, molasses and seasonings. Pour over the contents of the slow cooker. Set cooker on high for two hours then switch to low for the next six hours.
