Very simple and filling. Very simple and filling.

    1-1/2 lbs. ground turkey
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes (optional but figured in)
    6-8 potatoes, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk


Brown 1-1/2 lbs ground turkey with onion,salt and pepper to taste. Add in tomatoes. Slice 6-8 potatoes.

Layer ground turkey mixture and potatoes 2-3 times in 11x13 casserole dish. Pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk over layers.

Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
