Introduction

Something to help satisfy a sweet tooth without hurting a healthy diet! Something to help satisfy a sweet tooth without hurting a healthy diet!

Ingredients

    Natural Peanut Butter (2 T)
    Soy Milk (1 C)
    Banana (1 medium), broken into pieces.

Directions

Simply put it all in a blender and blend away! I sometimes add a couple of cubes of ice to make it colder - and if I have an intense work out I will add whey protein mix to help my muscles!

Makes one serving - Enjoy!
