    3 cups Chris Cakes Pancake Mix
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 1/4 cups milk (1/2 percent)


In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, oil and applesauce. Stir in pancake mix only until lumps dissolve. Bake on a 350 degree griddle. Turn pancakes when edges are cooked and bubbles on top begin to break (add more liquid to batter if it becomes too thick).
