Introduction

Ingredients

    Dry Ingrediants
    * 11/2 C. Bob's red mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free
    * 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    * 1/2 tsp. salt

    Wet Ingrediants
    * 3/4 C unsweetened almond milk
    * 1 beaten egg
    * 2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
    * 1/2 Cup shredded Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
    * 1/2 Cup shredded part-skim Mozzerella Cheese
    * 1 tsp dried parsley
    * 1 tsp. dried oregano
    * 1 tsp. dried basil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 *
2. Line baking pan with parchment paper or foil (for easy cleanup)
3. In a large bowl Mix dry ingrediants well
4. In a medium bowl mix wet ingrediants well
5. Add wet ingrediants to dry ingrediants. Mix Well
6. Form dough into 12 balls and place on baking sheet
7. Bake for 15 min. until lightly brown
