    You can take any white fish but in this recipe I use flounder. Cook fish so it's flaky. Boil 1 large potato, let it cool. In the mixing bowl mix eggs, any spices you like to use, and parsley. In the mixture add cooked fish and potato. Mash it with a fork to a consistent mixture. Make patties, coat them in bread crumbs, cook and enjoy. You can also freeze patties for later use.
