    * *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    * Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped
    * Chorizo, pork and beef, 4 oz
    * *McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .125 cup
    # Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    # Salt, 1 dash
    # Garlic, .5 clove
    # Pepper, black, 1 dash


Cut onions, Portuguese Chorizo, Red Peppers Garlic and potatoes, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Sprinkle seasoning over all the ingredients pour onto a frying pan add olive oil.
Stir fry until all is mixed, keep turning it so it want burn. Turn the flame to medium to low heat.
Cover and let it cook between 20 to 35 minutes.

Serve over White Long Grain Rice.

Note: If you would prefer hot and spicy just add hot sauce.
