Number of Servings: 6


    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    1.5 cup Lentils
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    16 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup
    6 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce
    6 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 dash Pepper, black
    4 cup Vegetable Broth


1. Add everything into the slow cooker, starting with the broth. Stir to combine, cover, and set to high. Cook on high for 2-3 hours (or low for 4-6). Check and add more liquid as needed.
2. Serve warm with a bun, biscuit, or in a spaghetti squash.
