    1.5 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
    .25 cup blue diamond all natural unsweetened original almond milk
    10 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
    6 oz Shredded hash browns


Preheat oven to 375.

Use non stick spray on an 8 inch square pan.

In a bowl, combine the can of soup, eggs, yogurt, almond milk, and cheese.

Stir in uncooked hash browns and cooked, drained ground pork.

Spread in pan. Bake for about 30 minutes, until hot in the middle. Can sprinkle a little cheese on top during last 10 minutes, not included in calories.
