    4 cup Dole Classic Iceberg Lettuce
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 small Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
    4 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light
    1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    .25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    8 oz Beets (canned whole not pickled) approx 3 beets/serving
    1 serving Avacado (Whole)
