Ingredients

16 oz Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast
5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
1 bunch Broccoli, fresh
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
.25 cup Flour, white
1 cup Fat free half and half
1.5 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar
.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
1) combine chicken breasts, chicken broth, chopped broccoli, and chopped onion in crockpot.
2) season with salt and pepper and stir
3) Cover pot and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through
4) Remove chicken from crock pot and shred into bit size pieces
5) in a medium bowl, whisk together flour and half and half. Pour into crock pot and stir to combine.
6) return chicken to crock pot and add cheese. Turn heat to high and cooked covered for 30 mins until cheese is melted and soup has thickened
7) Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if needed
8) serve immediately. Garnish with sour cream and more cheese if desired
