Ingredients

    2.5 serving Sausage - Tennessee Pride Country Sausage 2oz
    2.0 cup diced Potato, raw
    10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6.0 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese
    12.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Flour Tortillas

Directions

Cook sausage and diced potatoes, when cooked scramble eggs and add to sausage mix cook in till done. Cut 6 slices of cheese in half and place in tortilla add about 1/3 cup of mixture to each tortilla.
