Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1/3 c Water, tap
    1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 T Brown Sugar
    2 t. Sesame Oil
    1.5 tsp Ginger Root
    2 tbsp Cornstarch
    0.5 small Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    2 cup, chopped Green bell peppers
    2 cups Brown rice
    1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
    0.5 medium Scallions, raw

Directions

Cook turkey 3 mins; add veggies & cook 5 mins. Add sauce and cook in pressure cooker for 5 mins.
