    6.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1 pound 85% Lean Ground Beef (or meat of choice)
    1 15oz contadina tomato sauce with italian herbs
    2 14.5 oz kroger diced peeled tomatoes in tomato juice no salt added
    1.0 tbsp Honey (can use brown sugar or sweetener of choice)
    6.0 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)
    0.25 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    3.0 clove Garlic chopped
    1.0 Red Onion chopped
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    2.0 tsp Paprika
    2.0 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 cup beef bone broth


Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain fat off. Add meat back to pan. Add canned tomatoes and tomato sauce stir. Add the cabbage stir. Put a lid on the skillet and let the cabbage cook down some. Add all the other ingredients stir. Put lid on and let all the cabbage and veggies cook till tender. Traditionally served over rice but it is also good over mashed potatoes.
