454.0 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
3.5 cup Beans, black
1.75 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
Directions
Chop pepper and onions
Cook peppers on onions til soft
Add ground chicken and brown
Add beans and tomatoes along with whatever chili mix you like. I like chilio but also make my own sometimes
Simmer until beans are cooked to your liking
