    200.0 mL Lemon Juice
    5.0 tbsp Maple Syrup
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp Ginger Root minced


In a pitcher, mix together water, lemon juice and minced ginger root. Add the maple syrup, ajust quantity for acidity and sweetness. Refrigerate a couple of hours, strain to remove ginger. Serve with ice cubes and decorate with a slice of lime
