Ingredients

    0 serving Egg white, large
    15 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
    4 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    2 serving Ham, Hormel, 97% fat free, Natural Choice 100% Natural, Smoked Deli Ham (4 slices=1 serving)
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Add ham, onions, and spinach to bottom of greased large muffin pans. Mix heavy cream and eggs together and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour eggs on top in muffin pans until half full. Bake @350 for 20-25 minutes.
