Ingredients

    1.5 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    .5 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style
    .75 cup Almond Butter
    15 gram(s) Chia Fresh Ground Chia Seed (by UZIMAA)
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    15 gram Simple Truth Organic Tahini Ground Sesame Seeds (32 grams = 2 tbsp) (by DANAGIRL23)
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Better Body Foods Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil
    1 oz (47 kernels) Pistachio Nuts
    4 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened
    2 tbsp MCT oil
    30 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY)

Tips

Reserve 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil , 2 Tbsp. Cocoa and 1 Tbsp. Swerve Sweetener for the Drizzle. It makes the almond balls especially sweet and chocolaty.


Directions

Melt almond butter and peanut butter in microwave. Mix dry ingredients. Blend together with hands and form into balls. Optional: Microwave 2 Tbsp. Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder, 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil and 2 Tbsp. Swerve Sweetener. Drizzle over top of each ball. Chill for 2 hours. Enjoy!
