Ingredients

    4 oz. lean ground beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    1/2 cup fresh dill
    1 cup grated carrot
    3 cups grated cabbage
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
    6 cups water

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large soup pot.
Add onion, garlic, celery, and dill
Cook for 5 min.
Add grated carrot, cabbage, caraway seed, tomatoes, and water.
Simmer for about half an hour.

Note: You may use 4 cups of prepared grated coleslaw mix in place of the carrot and cabbage.
