    1.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.50 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts
    0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
    1 serving Egg white, large
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed
    4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    16 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
    1 cup, whole Almonds


Adjust or change spices as desired. Store in airtight container and store in refrigerator to keep up to a month.

Eat as cereal or add a few tablespoons to yogurt and enjoy!


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Line a sheet pan with parchment or Silpat and spray with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl, mix together almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Stir in cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
4. Beat egg white until foamy then stir into granola. Add coconut oil and stir until everything is well coated. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden, gently stirring halfway through. Let cool completely.
