Introduction

Ingredients

6.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
3.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light
2.0 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled)
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
Directions
Shred/chop the chicken breast (you could use a food processor if you like a smoother consistency)
Chop the 2 boiled eggs
Chop half a yellow onion (1/4 cup)
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Serve right away or chill in the refrigerator
I eat mine with rice cakes or crackers
