Ingredients

    10 serving Red Potato
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Sour Cream
    .5 stick Butter, salted
    1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Salt
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .25 cup Corn Starch

Tips

You can add jalapeņos if you want or cheese. You can trade chicken for ham or turkey.


Directions

Peal potatoes and cover with 6 cups water in large pot. Cook on medium high heat till potatoes are soft. While potatoes are cooking, put ham and onion in skillet and cook on medium heat till onion becomes transparent. Add to potatoes along with broccoli,butter,salt,pepper. Use potato masher to break up potatoes to desired consistency. Mix corn starch in milk with sour cream and add to potatoes. Serve hot.
