This soup is a meal in a bowl. This soup is a meal in a bowl.

Ingredients

    2 cup Bone Broth Chicken
    10 serving Red Potato
    5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    1 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch

Tips

You can exchange chicken or cheese for ham. You can add jalapeņos or green chilies.


Directions

Peal potatoes and add to large pot with bone broth and water,cook on medium heat with lid. In skillet sprayed with cooking spray,add ham and onions. On medium heat cook ham and onions till onions are transparent. Add to potatoes. When potatoes are soft break them up with potato masher to consistency desired, add broccoli. Mix corn starch in milk and sour cream, add to potatoes. When thickened remove from heat and serve.

Serving Size: About 10 serving of one cup.
