Ingredients

    4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    3.7 gram(s) xanthan gum (by BENSON37)
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 serving Egg whole - medium per egg
    .5 tsp Oregano, ground
    .5 tsp Thyme, ground
    .5 tbsp Marjoram, dried
    .20 tsp Salt
    .10 tsp Pepper, black
    10 oz Fresh Mozerella

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Add all dry ingredient
Melt cheese in 30 second increments in microwave
Add dry ingredient and egg and mix well
Use your hands to finish kneading all ingredients
Place between parchment paper and roll into a rectangle 1/4" thick
Place in oven and cook until golden brown ~14mins
Turn oven up to 400
Add toppings and cook for ~10mins
