Introduction

This is a great tasting, cost effective protein shake that you can make at home. This is a great tasting, cost effective protein shake that you can make at home.

Ingredients

    1 Large Frozen Banana
    1 Scoop (30 g) Whey Protein Powder
    1 Cup (8oz) Skim Milk

Directions

Peel a large banana and place it inside of a sandwich bag. Put it in the freezer until frozen. (It's best to do a bunch at a time) In a blender, put in the frozen banana and a cup of skim milk. Blend for 40 seconds on high until smooth. Add a scoop of whey protein and blend for another 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy.
