Introduction

Here is a fast & easy dessert. Very low in calories and carbs. delicious treat. Here is a fast & easy dessert. Very low in calories and carbs. delicious treat.

Ingredients

    1 cup Fage - 0%, plain (8oz)
    1/2 envelope Knox Gelatin (1/2 envelope/3.6g)
    1 Package (8g) mix only Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
    2 Tbsp Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
    1/2 cup water

Tips

Add sliced Almonds on top for a special look.


Directions

Mix powdered milk and water add gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes stir. Put in microwave until liquid gets to boil temperature. ( do not let boil) Take out and mix well. Place in a fridge to cool. In a small bowl add yogurt, pudding mix. Mix well. Add the cool gelatin and beat with a mixer until all combined and thicken. Put in 1/2 cup ramins or muffin tins with cupcake papers in them. Place in fridge to et firm. 2-3 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 6- 1/2 cup servigs
