    1-1/2 cups TJs brown jasmine rice
    2-1/3 cups water
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put rice in glass baking dish.

Mix water and oil together in sauce pan and bring to boil. Add in salt. Pour on top of rice.

Double-foil the glass baking dish and place in oven for 1 hour. Take off foil, fluff up the rice, cover with dish towel for a few minutes, then voila! Eat and enjoy!
