Ingredients

    4.0 serving Aldi Loven Fresh Whole Grain White Bread
    6.0 liver Chicken Livers
    0.3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    6.0 serving(s) fry oil

Directions

Heat fry oil to 350 degrees. Add 2 eggs with a splash of heavy cream in one container, and the dry ingredients, along with salt and pepper to taste, in another. Dredge liver in breadcrumbs, then egg mixture, back into breadcrumbs, then into oil. Cook about 10 minutes or until done.
