Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup Carbquik (by CYNDIDAVISUSA)
    .25 cup Yellow Cornmeal (1/4 c)
    2 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
    18 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) (1/3 c)
    8 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (1/2 c)
    .5 cup Fairlife whole milk (1/2 c)
    .5 cup Butter, salted (1/2 c)

Tips

Butter while warm. Serve with beans.


Directions

Mix together just until moistened throughout.
Pour batter into 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan. I spray my pan with PAM.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
