0.5 cup Spinach, frozen
0.5 serving Carrot Sticks (baby) 3 oz serving
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tsp Seasoning - Curry Powder - 1 tsp. = 1 serving (by MIKNMEG)
