Introduction

Potato and Cheese soup. It's hearty and keeps you warm. Potato and Cheese soup. It's hearty and keeps you warm.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.0 cup diced Potato, raw
    1.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup Fairlife whole milk
    1.0 small Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1.0 tbsp Curry powder
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    0.13 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    6.0 clove Garlic
    3 cups water give or take

Directions

Get a nice pot. Very important Dice potato, onion, and carrot Melt butter in the pot. Then sweat the diced vegetables. Add flour to pot with vegetables to make roux. Then add water until vegetables are just covered. Add spices of your choice and garlic. Allow to simmer until the vegetables are all cooked. Add milk and cheese and melt. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy. Add water to the pot
