Ingredients

    Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloin
    spices
    potato
    green pepper
    onion

Directions

Rub spices on tenderloin and place in a baking dish. Cut up a potato or two depending on how many you are serving. Do the same with a green pepper and a small onion. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Bake at 340 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until inside temperature reaches 165 degrees.
One serving of the tenderloin is 4 oz. which is approximately 1/4 of a Jennie O tenderloin.

    This was yummy! I used mushrooms, red bell pepper, onion, and zucchini instead of the potatoes. It was very filling with very few calories. - 7/7/08
