    Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloin
    green pepper


Rub spices on tenderloin and place in a baking dish. Cut up a potato or two depending on how many you are serving. Do the same with a green pepper and a small onion. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Bake at 340 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until inside temperature reaches 165 degrees.
One serving of the tenderloin is 4 oz. which is approximately 1/4 of a Jennie O tenderloin.
