Ingredients

    8 bonelss skinless chicken breasts
    1 can diet coke
    1 cup ketchup
    2tbsp yellow mustard
    2 tbsp worchestire sauce
    1 onion finely chopped

Directions

Cut chicken breast into quarters. Spray dutch oven with cooking spray and olive oil. Add choped onion. Saute about a minute. Add chicken. Brown briefly on each side. Pour the can of diet coke over the chicken and all all other remaining ingredients. Simmer stirring frequently for about 30 minutes. Rmeove chicken and shred. Place chicken back in pot to absorb the juices a bit more and cook addiitonal 10 minutes. Serve warm. Everyone in the family will love it!

    Incredible!
    Admittedly I raised an eyebrow at this recipe, but I had all the ingredients and a hankering for some pulled chicken. SO EASY and SO GOOD. Had it with a piece of whole wheat toast for an open-face sandwich. Definitely saving this one to use again! - 9/29/11
