    4 - 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves minced garlic
    zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
    2 tsp ground cumin


in a large zip lock bag, combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, mint leaves and cumin. Mix well and add chicken breasts. Zip bag and ensure that all chicken is covered with marinade.

Marinate for 8 hours - up to 24 hours.

Preheat barbecue, remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. Place chicken on bbq and cook 4-5 minutes per side.
