Introduction

Whole food, complete protein, vegan, hot cereal

Note that quantities listed as .02 or .016 cups are equal to 1 tbsp.

I mix equal parts of wheat bran, oat bran, milled flax seed and wheat germ in large batches and then use one quarter cup of the mix per serving. Because they are all of similar consistence they don't tend to separate once mixed.

    .5 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp)
    .01625 cup Wheat bran, crude
    .0162 cup Oat Bran
    .0162 cup, sliced Almonds
    .0162 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    .0162 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
    .0162 cup, chopped Walnuts
    .0162 cup, chopped Pecans
    1 tbsp Blueberries, dried
    0.016 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    .5 tsp cinnimon, ground (by IRENEHN)

Directions

Just add boiling water.
