Introduction
Any Butternut Sqash Soup can be used in place of Amy's, but this is one I use. It makes the Brussel Sprouts tastier with out adding much in the way of fats, as from butter. 1 can Amy's Butternut Squash Low-Fat Soup
1 cup Brussel Sprouts
Directions
Open Butternut Squash soup and pour into pot. Wash and quarter brussels sprouts. Place them in the pot of soup. Bring to boil, then simmer on low for 15-20. Pour into two bowls. Makes 2 -1.5 cup servings.
