    2 1/2 oz Turkey Breakfast Sausage
    3/4 cup Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup fresh bell pepper
    1/4 tsp black pepper


Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Add turkey sausage; crumble and saute until well browned. Add in chopped vegetable; saute for 3-4 more minutes and then add hash browns and black pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring a few times. Serve.
