Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    10 large Shrimp, raw
1.5 serving Bacon, Uncured Coleman Natural (2 slices) (by RPALAWSKI)
.75 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple Juice
.75 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
8 tbsp Primal Kitchen No Soy Teriyaki Sauce (1T=15g)
2 cup Cauliflower Rice - Costco
2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)

Tips

Nothing to add except that I would use slightly less than the 8T (or 1/2 cup) of Teriyaki sauce so it cooks down faster.

Directions

Cook bacon, put aside and cook shrimp 2 mins each side in just 1 T of the bacon fat, put aside. Toast the sesame seeds in a separate pan. Cook riced cauliflower in the same pan as the bacon with whatever fat is left for3 minutes. Add pineapple and red pepper and Teriyaki Sauce. Cook down until moisture is gone, then serve. 1/2 portion in each bowl, top with shrimp and bacon, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
