Introduction

Broccoli slaw with light, sweet, homemade dressing and craisins. Broccoli slaw with light, sweet, homemade dressing and craisins.

Ingredients

    5 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded
    .75 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    .25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    .5 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES)

Directions

Whisk mayo, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Add craisins and stir. Dump this mixture and broccoli slaw into a gallon size zipper bag. Inflate the bag and shake to toss. Deflate and let rest in fridge for at least one hour.
