Introduction

Inspired by Panera but I just used what I had on hand and it turned out delicious. Inspired by Panera but I just used what I had on hand and it turned out delicious.

Ingredients

    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, chopped Kale
    1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    2 cup Peas, frozen
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Pepper Red, Crushed (by CHUCKLES07)
    1 serving Garlic Minced 1 Tsp (by CD5894593)
    .5 tsp Pepper, white
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    4 oz Green Chiles (Whole)
    1 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1.5 cup Beans, red kidney
    1.5 cup Bush's Garbanzos (chickpeas)
    1.5 cup Vegetable Broth
    1.5 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can

Directions

Simmer everything except spinach and green beans for an hours. Add Spinach and green beans. Enjoy!
