Ingredients

    1 cup Arborio Rice (Risotto Rice), Dry, Uncooked (by SAPOROUS)
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    12 large Shrimp, raw

Directions

saute onion in butter and olive oil until soft add rice, coat with oil/butter. add 2 cups broth and tomato sauce cover and cook for 10 mins. lay shrimp on top of rice cover and cook for 8 more minutes.

Serving Size: makes 3 hearty or 4 smaller servings
