Ingredients

160 gram(s) Green Giant Naturally Sweet sweetcorn (by DAGOBAHBABE)
50 gram(s) Brown Lentils, 1/2 cup dried
1 serving Minute Brown Rice, 1/2c dry rice
0.5 cup Peas, frozen
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 small Onions, raw
15 gram(s) Chilli Sauce - Sweet - Mae Ploy 30g 2 Tbsp
Directions
Cook rice and lentils as per packet.
Chop onion finely. Fry until golden. Add the peas and sweetcorn. Cook for 5 mins. Season with the sweet chilli sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cool for 10 mins.
Combine the rice, lentils and vegetables. Lightly whist the eggs and stir into rice mix.
Put into 6 muffin cases in muffin tray and bake at 220C for 20-22 mins until golden and firm to the touch.
