Ingredients

    680 grams Ground beef, lean
    50 grams Onions, raw
    150 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    112 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup kikkoman panko japanese style bread crumbs
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU)
    150 gram(s) Frico harvarti slices

Directions

saute onions, peppers and mushrooms. Add to all other ingredients (except cheese). Mix well. Put half the mixture in a loaf pan. Top with half the cheese. Add remaining meat then the rest of the cheese. Cook 1 hour.
